Scheduling Requests: Requests to accommodate Thanskgiving dinners on Saturday or Sunday evening will NOT be considered. Kickoff times in the later afternoon/evening can be 4:30pm, 6:00pm and 7:30pm depending on entries. Scheduling requests will only be accommodated (to the best of the scheduler's ability) for ferry travel on Saturday morning, teams with 100+ km travel not spending the night in Richmond and coaches who coach more than one team to not be at the same time. Teams with out of town travel will, to the best of the scheduler's ability, not be given Sunday evening game times.

–> Player must be from same or lower division. Players cannot “play down”.

–> Teams participating in the Thanksgiving Tournament, wishing to “pick-up” a player registered with another team, must obtain written permission from the team & Youth District and/or Adult League with which the player is registered.
