TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - UEFA (A) INTERNATIONAL LICENSED
With over three decades of experience involved in professional soccer, first as a player, then as coach, manager, chief scout, and player agent, David is UEFA qualified and has worked extensively in Scotland and England with many professional clubs, including Glasgow Rangers, Aberdeen and Greenock Morton in Scotland, and both the Scottish and English Football Associations.
David's qualifications include UEFA (A) International and UEFA (B) License, Youth License. Children’s License, he has a degree in Sports Development, holds a Working with Disabilities Trainer Award, he's a coach educator for Coerver Soccer, the world's #1 academy program, and is a clinician at NSCAA/ United Soccer Coaches, the world’s largest coach education organization, as well as a BC Learning Facilitator.
David has been instrumental in helping young players to fulfill their dreams with scholarships to colleges and introductions to professional clubs, has helped young players obtain transfers to MLS, USL, CPL, English Premier League, and Scottish Premier League clubs on a regular basis over the last 20 years. He continues to work as a North American scout for Eleven Sports Management.
He has previously served as Technical Director and Executive Director for Canadian youth clubs Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club and Aurora Youth Soccer Club, one of the largest clubs in Canada.

Richmond United FC brought Scott to Canada to add his experience working in both the grassroots and professional game to our club, to help develop young players and coaches, and he's the most qualified long term player development expert we know of in Canada.
Scott has been involved in coaching professionally for 20 years, and is a Qualified Coach Education Tutor, making him one of the cornerstones of our youth coaching accreditation program.
He trained with the Scottish Football Association and has coached with Glasgow Rangers FC in Scotland, and in the Scottish Football Association's Academy and Coach Development Program, where he is a qualified Coach Education tutor with the Governing body.
With a B.A Degree in Sports Management, a Scottish FA Advanced Children’s Coaching License and a Youth License, Scott is not only king of the kids, but regularly runs our coach training program sessions, where everyone from youth players looking to break into the coaching world, to pro coaches, and volunteer parents, can be found elevating their tactical, physical, and emotional understanding of the game and the kids who play it.

A former assistant of the much loved late Richmond coaching legend Coach Dougie, Jane Graham has joined Richmond United FC to work with us on developing our youth and women's development programming.
A Provincial B-Prep License holder, Jane specializes in creating age-appropriate practice plans that emphasize decision-making, movement, and enjoyment.
Jane has worked with clubs and academies across the Lower Mainland for many years, and was a lead instructor at UBC Soccer School and an Assistant Coach at Douglas College Women's team. We're elated to have her join our senior coaching ranks!

Devin Todd-Jones is a 35-year-old coach who played primarily as a centre-back and now brings 12 years of coaching experience to Richmond United FC. A graduate of the University of Victoria, he holds both a Canada B Diploma and a Provincial B Licence. Devin’s defensive background shapes his approach on the training ground—focused on discipline, teamwork, and tactical awareness. A devoted Aston Villa supporter, he channels the same passion and commitment into developing confident, intelligent players who understand the game on both sides of the ball.
