This one day a week RUFC skill development program is for players born in 2020 and 2021. As a Canada Soccer Quality Soccer Provider, all RUFC programming aligns with the CSA Long Term Player Development (LTPD) model and players will be grouped with an emphasis on extending and supporting the player's stage of development.  There will be an emphasis on individual and small group development, using deliberate practice to develop soccer and physical literacy skills.

If you want 2 sessions per week with a practice and game day, please refer to our U5 Open Development Program instead of Kids4U.

The Kids4U will be led by RUFC U5-U12 LTPD Manager, Scott Guy.

The Kids4U program provides a curriculum framework focusing on

  • Physical literacy skills
  • Emotional, personal and social development
  • Individual ball mastery
  • Cognitive Development

Participation in this program will assist children in developing positive self-esteem and promote a healthy attitude towards physical activity as well as developing basic physical literacy and ball skills.
